Terms of Service
The terms governing use of this website and the general terms for equipment sales, delivery and installation.
Last updated: September 19, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to restaurantsuite360.site and describe the general terms under which Restaurant Suite 360 Corp. sells equipment and supplies and provides design, delivery and installation services. By using this website you agree to these Terms.
1. About Us
Restaurant Suite 360 Corp. is a restaurant equipment and supply company located at 13155 SW 134 St, Suite 211, Miami, FL 33186, serving South Florida and shipping nationwide.
2. Business Customers
Our products and services are offered to businesses. By ordering you confirm you are purchasing for business purposes, are authorized to bind your business, and will provide any resale certificate or tax documentation required.
3. Website Use
- Use this site for lawful purposes only.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, damage or gain unauthorized access to the site.
- Do not scrape, copy or republish site content, catalog data or pricing without written permission.
- Do not submit false information or use our forms for unsolicited commercial messages.
4. Information Is Not An Offer
Prices, ranges, lead times, product availability and service descriptions on this website, including those on the homepage and pricing page, are general information for budgeting. They are not quotes, offers or guarantees. Equipment pricing changes with manufacturer costs, freight, specification and availability.
5. Quotes And Orders
- Quotes state an expiration date, typically 15 days, because manufacturer pricing and freight change.
- An order is accepted only when confirmed by us in writing and the required deposit is received.
- Quotes are based on the information you supply. Inaccurate dimensions, utility details or site conditions may change pricing.
- Manufacturers may change specifications, finishes or packaging without notice.
- Where an item is discontinued or unavailable we will propose a comparable substitution for your approval.
6. Lead Times
Lead times quoted are supplied by manufacturers and distributors and are estimates, not guarantees. Port congestion, manufacturing delays, material shortages, weather and carrier issues can extend them. We communicate changes as soon as we learn of them, but we are not liable for delays originating with manufacturers or carriers, or for consequential losses such as a delayed opening.
7. Title And Risk
Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to your premises, or on collection where you or your carrier picks up. For equipment we store on your behalf, risk passes as stated in your written storage arrangement.
8. Delivery And Site Readiness
- You are responsible for ensuring the site is accessible and ready to receive equipment.
- Doorways, corridors, elevators and floor loading must accommodate the equipment ordered. We provide dimensions in advance for this reason.
- Failed deliveries due to site access, an unready site or no authorized receiver may incur redelivery and storage charges.
- Special rigging, crane work or removal of doors and windows is quoted separately when required.
9. Installation Scope
Our installation services cover assembly, leveling, placement, calibration and startup. Final connection of gas, electrical and plumbing services is performed by appropriately licensed trades, either ours or yours, and is quoted separately. Hood systems, make up air, fire suppression, grease interceptors and permitted construction work are specialty scopes coordinated with licensed contractors. We do not perform work requiring a license we do not hold.
10. Design And Drawings
Layouts, drawings and equipment schedules we produce are provided for the purpose of specifying and purchasing equipment through us. They are not architectural or engineering documents and do not replace plans prepared by a licensed architect or engineer where your jurisdiction requires them. Where drawings are produced free of charge with a package and you do not proceed, we retain ownership of that work.
11. Payment
- Stock items are typically paid in full at order.
- Packages and special order equipment generally require a deposit, commonly 50 percent, with the balance due before delivery.
- Terms are available on approved credit for established accounts.
- Past due balances may accrue interest and collection costs as permitted by Florida law.
- We may withhold delivery or installation on past due accounts.
12. Returns
Returns are governed by our Shipping and Returns policy, which forms part of these Terms. Special order, custom fabricated and used equipment is generally non returnable.
13. Warranties
Equipment carries the manufacturer warranty, passed through to you. Certified pre owned equipment carries a limited warranty from us. Full terms are on our Warranty page. Except as expressly stated, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.
14. Compliance
Customers are responsible for compliance with health, fire, building and licensing requirements applicable to their operation, including permit approvals and inspections. We supply specification documentation to support that process but cannot guarantee any inspection outcome.
15. Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, delayed openings, lost revenue, food loss or business interruption.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Restaurant Suite 360 Corp. harmless from claims arising out of inaccurate information you provide, your use or resale of products, your compliance obligations, or your breach of these Terms.
17. Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including hurricanes, severe weather, port and supply chain disruption, manufacturer allocation, labor disruption, utility failure or government action.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless your written agreement provides otherwise.
19. Changes And Contact
We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted with an updated date. Where a signed agreement conflicts with these Terms, that agreement controls for the order it covers.
